ENVIROMENTAL POLICY

P. I. TXORIERRI's management commits itself to environmental protection through the implementation of an Environmental Management System that follows ISO 14001 requirements so that a continuous improvement of its Environmental Management is guaranteed.

Within P. I. TXORIERRI's business project, and placed within its strategic framework and its different annual management plans, the Environmental Policy of this Centre is defined according to these guidelines:

• It is suitable for the environmental scope, impact and type of its activities and services.

• It gradually fosters the necessary training and involvement, informing and training staff and students about the environmental aspects generated at P. I. TXORIERRI, causing that behaviour inside the Centre suits pollution contingency plans.

• P. I. TXORIERRI has the necessary means at its disposal to comply with the applied Environmental Legislation and Regulation and other requirements.

• It provides with the framework to set up and revise the Environmental Objectives and Goals, carrying out a follow-up to prevent or reduce, as long as it is possible, the associated impacts to the relevant environmental aspects.

• P. I. TXORIERRI commits itself to the environmental policy to be documented, implanted, kept up-to-date, and communicated to staff and students.

• P. I. TXORIERRI's environmental policy is at the general public's disposal.
  

From the Management, I will foster the development of any action that implies an improvement in the environmental management, fostering a spirit of respect and commitment with our surrounding among staff and students.
