VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Vocational training is a stage in a person’s education during which he/she covers a whole series of subject-areas aimed at providing the necessary skills to carry out various professions.

Our vocational training programme comprises a set of training courses at either post-secondary or higher education level that last for either one or two academic years. During this time practical work placements in companies (approx. 400 h) help students to see how the knowledge they have obtained at school can be applied in practice.

The courses that Politeknika Ikastegia Txorierri offers concentrate on those sectors and professions where there is greatest demand and market projection.
